The Final Piece for a Brighter Tomorrow
Description
SPRAVATO is an FDA-approved adjunctive treatment used in combination with oral antidepressants for adults with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD). This project focused on developing a patient-centered communication strategy designed to support awareness and consideration of SPRAVATO (esketamine) as part of a broader treatment journey, while encouraging informed discussions between patients and healthcare providers.
Key Learnings
This work reinforced the importance of responsible storytelling within healthcare communications. I gained experience translating complex, highly regulated medical information into clear, empathetic messaging that acknowledges patient concerns, addresses stigma, and emphasizes clinical credibility. The project highlighted how thoughtful design and narrative can build trust, support informed decision-making, and differentiate a treatment within a sensitive therapeutic space.
