Who is Agustin Melo?

Agustin Melo is an Art Director, Photographer, and Motion Designer specializing in visual storytelling, brand experiences, and creative production. With over a decade of experience behind the camera and years working across advertising, healthcare, nonprofit, and live event spaces, Agustin creates work that connects audiences with brands through authentic storytelling and thoughtful design.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for understanding people, Agustin approaches every project by exploring the story behind the idea before developing the visual language. His work combines creative strategy, photography, motion, and design to create memorable experiences across digital, social, and traditional platforms.

Throughout his career, Agustin has collaborated with organizations such as Chevrolet, the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), Omnicom Health Group, and community-focused organizations to develop content that highlights culture, innovation, and human connection.

From directing visual concepts and developing brand narratives to capturing moments through photography and crafting engaging motion pieces, Agustin believes that strong creative work begins with purpose. His goal is to create visuals that not only capture attention but leave a lasting impression.

Outside of his creative practice, Agustin finds inspiration through exploring new places with his camera, photographing communities and events, collecting Pokémon cards, and discovering stories hidden in everyday moments.

Currently based in New York, Agustin is available for creative collaborations, freelance opportunities, and full-time roles in art direction, photography, and visual storytelling.
